WHERE: Prime Medical, 2253 Washington Street, Rossland

As one year closes and another begins, this is your chance to pause, reflect, and realign. Join us in Rossland for a spacious and intentional workshop designed to help you release what no longer serves you and set goals that feel aligned, purposeful, and inspiring for the year ahead.

Together, we’ll take time to:
• Reflect on the lessons and gifts of the past year.
• Clarify what you want more of and what you’re ready to let go.
• Explore your values and how they shape meaningful goals.
• Create a vision for the coming year that feels energizing and true to you.
• Develop a plan that supports follow-through without burning out.

Through guided reflection, meditation, interactive coaching, and group conversation, you’ll gain clarity, focus, and direction. You’ll also connect with a community of like-minded people who, like you, are ready to step into a new year with intention.

Come prepared to journal, dream, and share. Bring an open mind and an object that represents what you’d like to invite into your life in the year ahead.

This is more than a goal-setting workshop—it’s a reset, a chance to close the year with meaning and step into the next with purpose.

What You’ll Gain:

🔹 Clarity and direction – Reflect on the past year and identify what truly matters as you step into the next.

🔹 Aligned goals – Learn to set intentions and create goals that are rooted in your core values, not just external expectations.

🔹 Vision and inspiration – Craft a picture of the year ahead that feels energizing, purposeful, and uniquely yours.

🔹 Practical follow-through – Develop a plan and supportive habits that help you move forward without slipping into overdrive.

🔹 Renewed energy and focus – Release what no longer serves you, creating space for joy, creativity, and momentum.

🔹 Connection and community – Share this experience with like-minded people, building support and accountability for your journey.

As part of our time together, we’ll also weave in gentle movement through Pilates-inspired practices. This isn't about working harder or pushing your body—it's about mind-body integration: slowing down enough to notice your breath, your posture, and the way energy moves through you. Pilates emphasizes quality over quantity, deliberate and conscious movement over brute effort. By incorporating mindful movement, you’ll cultivate the same awareness in your body that we’re inviting into your life—learning to release what’s heavy, strengthen what supports you, and carry yourself with greater ease.

Did you know that your employee benefits might cover coaching?

Many plans reimburse services under health spending or personal development accounts. Some employers also offer professional and leadership development funds. Coaching isn’t just a personal investment—it can strengthen clarity, confidence, leadership, and long-term sustainability, which benefits both you and your organization. It’s worth checking with your HR or benefits provider—you might have access to support that can help you move forward with greater purpose and balance.

I gratefully acknowledge that I live, work, and play on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Sinixt People and Syilx People of the Okanagan Nation and honour all other Indigenous people who walked on and cared for these lands before us and continue to do so.
