60 MINUTES

INVESTMENT: Free to Attend

This workshop is for women who want to quiet overthinking and set clear boundaries so success no longer comes at the expense of their well-being.

In demanding environments, the habits that drive excellence often keep the mind running long after the workday ends. Many high-performing women find themselves replaying conversations, anticipating problems, and carrying the weight of responsibility without clear limits. Over time, this mental load erodes energy, confidence, and enjoyment.

This session explores practical, evidence-based skills that help reduce mental strain while supporting sustainable success. Participants will learn how to relate differently to overthinking, recognize when internal and external boundaries are needed, and respond with greater clarity and confidence. The session also explores the role of self-worth and self-compassion in maintaining well-being while navigating pressure and high expectations.

Participants will leave with practical tools they can apply immediately to create greater mental space, communicate needs more clearly, and sustain both performance and well-being.

If you are craving a more spacious, intentional way of working and living, where you can succeed without sacrificing your well-being, I would love to have you join me.

Did you know that your employee benefits might cover coaching?

Many plans reimburse services under health spending or personal development accounts. Some employers also offer professional and leadership development funds. Coaching isn’t just a personal investment—it can strengthen clarity, confidence, leadership, and long-term sustainability, which benefits both you and your organization. It’s worth checking with your HR or benefits provider—you might have access to support that can help you move forward with greater purpose and balance.
