Coaching programs.

I meet with all potential clients in a free introductory session to ensure we’re a good fit and to determine the right program for you. 

Sessions are held in-person (Rossland, BC) or online from the comfort of your own home or office.

 

I offer two (2) coaching programs to accommodate your journey:

Slow & Steady.

Good things take time.  It takes time to understand and process, to develop the skills to help you see clearly, and to muster up the courage to embrace lasting change.

Program: Six (6) coaching sessions, monthly.

Duration: Six (6) months.

The Sooner the Better.

You're inspired to make some BIG changes and NOW is better than later. This program will help you maintain your motivation's momentum while holding you accountable and on track with frequent meetings.

Program: Twelve (12) coaching sessions, biweekly.

Duration: Six (6) months.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a method for personal change and growth that is deeply rooted in the present.  It starts with “what is” and develops a program for moving forward that is informed by, but not focused on, the past. While coaching is designed to work with the wholeness of a client’s experience and personality, it is not a therapeutic process for healing deeper or historic psychological traumas or challenges, such as depression, addiction, violence, PTSD, etc.  Any client in deep crisis or in need of trauma therapy will be referred to counselling for support.

Coaching method.

Following Integral Coaching® methodology and applying my unique approach, I will help you tune into your heart's longings and navigate lasting, purposeful change. You will gain awareness of and insights into how you currently approach life and the limitations that poses.  Through powerful questions, you will gain clarity and make sense of patterns and your stuck places.  Personalized development objectives and actionable practices will challenge you to see and be in a new, desired way.
