Through focused inquiry, insight, and practical exercises, you'll gain clarity and translate that awareness into intentional action.

Flourish Under Pressure is a coaching program designed to take the insights and skills from the workshop and bring them fully into your life and work. It is a deeper, more personalized space to build the mental and emotional boundaries that allow you to succeed without carrying the constant weight of pressure.

 

In high-demand environments, insight alone is not enough. You can understand overthinking, boundaries, and stress, and still find yourself pulled back into the same patterns. This program is designed to close that gap between knowing and doing.

 

Together, we focus on what is getting in the way for you specifically. We slow things down enough to see the patterns clearly, and then we build the capacity to respond differently in real time.

 

What We Work On

 

This program expands on two core, research-backed skills introduced in the workshop:

 

Psychological Detachment

Learn how to mentally disengage from work so your mind can rest, reset, and recover. This is not about caring less. It is about creating the space that allows you to think clearly, sustain energy, and return with focus.

 

Assertiveness

Develop the ability to communicate limits, needs, and expectations clearly and respectfully. This includes strengthening the internal foundation of self-worth that allows your boundaries to feel steady rather than negotiable.

 

A Personalized, Applied Approach

 

We will:

  • Identify the patterns of overthinking, over-responsibility, and self-abandonment that show up in your day-to-day

  • Work directly with current situations so you can practice new responses in real time

  • Build the emotional and somatic awareness needed to recognize when boundaries are required

  • Strengthen the internal permission to honour your limits, thoughts, and needs

  • Develop repeatable practices so these skills become natural, not effortful
