Do you ever notice your stress spilling into your parenting and wonder how to model more calm for your children?

The way we respond to stress may be shaping our future generation more than we realize. Children are shaped not only by what we teach, but by the steadiness we model. In this workshop, we’ll explore how stress responses can be passed along relationally and how parents can interrupt inherited patterns by strengthening their own inner resources.

Grounded in research and practical tools, you’ll learn two foundational skills to help you regulate stress with greater awareness, self-compassion, and calm under pressure. You’ll leave with simple practices to respond rather than react, cultivate more connection at home, and support resilience in your children by modelling it yourself.

Did you know that your employee benefits might cover coaching?

Many plans reimburse services under health spending or personal development accounts. Some employers also offer professional and leadership development funds. Coaching isn’t just a personal investment—it can strengthen clarity, confidence, leadership, and long-term sustainability, which benefits both you and your organization. It’s worth checking with your HR or benefits provider—you might have access to support that can help you move forward with greater purpose and balance.
