INTA is a whirlwind—non-stop networking, back-to-back meetings, and late nights. It’s easy to fall into survival mode, running on adrenaline and pushing through. But what if you didn’t just get through the week? What if you dared to flourish?

 

Join me on Monday, May 19 at 1:30-3:30 PM at YogaDeck, an urban sanctuary near downtown San Diego, for a much-needed reprieve. This is not a yoga class, and there will be no movement—just an opportunity to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

 

This workshop is more than just a break—it’s an invitation to create the inner space you need to thrive, not just during INTA but long after. Even in the busiest seasons, your well-being matters. Making space for yourself here will help you carry that space back to the office—and into daily life.
