Own Your Path

THE HEROINE'S JOURNEY

A Yearlong Group Coaching Experience for Women

Starts January 14, 2026 |

ARE YOU READY TO RECLAIM YOUR TIME, ENERGY & SENSE OF SELF?

Many women begin their careers by mastering the rules, hitting their targets, and proving their worth in a system that rewards logic, endurance, and excellence. And for a while, that’s enough.

But somewhere along the way, the striving starts to wear thin. The pace, pressure, and expectations that once seemed manageable begin to feel relentless—too heavy to carry across both work and life. They may feel overwhelmed, burned out, and disconnected from their joy, quietly wondering: “Is it supposed to be this hard?”, “How much longer can I keep pushing like this?”, or “I’ve checked all the boxes, so why am I so unhappy?”

This is not a breakdown. It’s a turning point.

In myth and narrative psychology, this is the start of the Heroine’s Journey—a journey not just of outer achievement, but of inner reconciliation. After proving herself in a system built for others, the heroine begins to question the system, return to herself, and ultimately lead from a place of wholeness. She learns to integrate her strength with softness, her ambition with authenticity, her intellect with intuition.

Own Your Path: The Heroine’s Journey is a modern-day invitation into a journey that leads from striving and burnout to clarity, connection, and purpose-driven leadership. The Journey is a group coaching experience for women who are no longer satisfied with just surviving or performing. Through deep connection, guided reflection, and practical tools, the Journey offers a return to self—not as a detour from success, but as the path to it.

Inside the Journey, participants will:

  • Recognize and release unsustainable beliefs, behaviours, and patterns

  • Rediscover what truly matters and make decisions that align with their values, not just their obligations

  • Learn tools to manage stress, navigate setbacks, and set boundaries that hold

  • Integrate personal well-being and professional excellence

  • Grow alongside a trusted group of women who understand the realities of a demanding career

  • Join a peer-powered business development community rooted in encouragement, accountability, and shared wisdom

  • Lean into the softness, authenticity, and intuition of the heroine’s path—reclaiming self-trust, wholeness, and the courage to lead from within

Own Your Path is for you. The over-achiever. Accomplished. Successful. Overwhelmed.
Ready to reclaim joy, a sense of ease, and fulfillment.

THE HEROINE’S JOURNEY: A PATH BACK TO WHOLENESS

The Heroine’s Journey is a psychological and narrative arc that reflects a woman’s journey through success, separation, and, ultimately, reconnection with her full self. Unlike the more widely known Hero’s Journey, which centers on external challenges and victory over obstacles, the Heroine’s Journey explores the internal transformation women often undergo in a world shaped by systems that were not built for them.

In the early stages of the journey, the heroine separates from traditionally feminine values to succeed within a masculine-dominated structure. She learns to perform, achieve, and power through with grit and determination. In fields like intellectual property (“IP”) law, this might look like excelling in high-pressure environments, mastering complex subject matter, and proving her worth in every room she walks into. To belong in the hero’s world, she must over-perform, often going above and beyond not just at work, but also at home by carrying the invisible load and holding everything together with little room for rest or self.

And for a time, it works. But eventually, it comes at a cost. The heroine experiences a sense of dryness, depletion, or dissatisfaction. She may find herself overwhelmed, burned out, disconnected from her joy, or quietly wondering, “Is it supposed to be this hard?”, “How much longer can I keep pushing like this?”, “I’ve checked all the boxes, so why am I so unhappy?”

THE TRUTH ABOUT OVER-EXTENSION

Think of yourself like an elastic band: flexible, resilient, designed to stretch and hold tension. But the elastic band has its limits. The more you stretch it, the more it loses its original shape. Over time, it weakens. And, if forced to keep stretching, eventually it snaps.

This is the reality many high-achieving women in IP law and other demanding professions are living every day. Pulled between work demands, life responsibilities, and internal pressure to keep (over) performing, they operate in a near-constant state of tension and overextension. And when women finally snap, they don’t always cry out—they quietly walk away. They step back from leadership. They leave firms. Some leave law altogether. Not because they weren’t strong enough, but because they were stretched beyond what was humanly sustainable. The cost of staying became greater than the cost of leaving.

This moment of crisis marks the turning point of the Heroine’s Journey. It’s not about walking away—it’s about going deeper. The heroine begins to question the external definitions of self-worth and success she once chased. She turns inward to reclaim the parts of herself she left behind: her values, intuition, creativity, softness, and connection. She learns to integrate strength with sensitivity, ambition with alignment, and achievement with authenticity.

Ultimately, she returns to her life and work renewed—not by abandoning her professional goals, but by redefining them. She emerges not only accomplished, but whole.

Own Your Path is built to honour and support this transformation. For many women in IP law, the pull toward reconnection, reflection, and reinvention comes after years of high performance and silent endurance. This program offers a structured, supportive space to explore that turning point and to walk the path forward with clarity, community, and care.

This is not a detour from success. It’s a path back to yourself. And it’s one you don’t have to walk alone.

WHAT SETS THIS EXPERIENCE APART

Designed by someone who has walked the path myself, Own Your Path blends deep personal transformation with practical, values-aligned leadership development.

REAL TRANSFORMATION, NOT JUST PRODUCTIVITY HACKS

Many professional development programs focus on doing more, performing better, or building resilience in a system that’s already burning women out. Own Your Path isn’t about fitting in—it’s about helping participants define success on their own terms and realign with who they are at their core.

grounded in self-worth, sustainability, and authenticity

Participants are invited to reconnect with their inner authority—the place where confidence, clarity, and courage live. I guide you to shift from overachievement to alignment, from exhaustion to intentional energy, and from proving yourself to trusting yourself.

cultivates community and belonging

This isn’t just coaching—it’s connection. The curated cohort creates a rare and supportive space where ambitious, thoughtful women in IP can be seen, heard, and supported in ways many have never experienced in their firms or institutions. The community itself becomes a source of strength, insight, and long-term support.

not one-size-fits-all. It’s personal, purposeful, and potent

From your Heroine’s Journey framework to quarterly individual sessions and reflective practices, everything is strategically designed to meet high-achieving women where they are—and gently guide them to where they want to go.

WHO THIS EXPERIENCE IS FOR

Do you long for more lightness in a life that’s heavy with responsibility?

Are you ready to feel at ease in a life you’ve worked so hard to build?

Are you ready to work in a way that’s sustainable and meaningful?

Are you ready for success that feels more like you—and less like pressure?

Are you ready to take your foot off the gas—without losing your momentum?

Are you ready to be seen, heard, and supported in your career?

Own Your Path is designed for women navigating a pivotal stage in your career. Whether you’re on the cusp of a promotion or an established leader feeling the weight of increasing demands and rising expectations, the Journey is for the moment you’ve reached a turning point: when the strategies that once fuelled your success now feel unsustainable and you sense something deeper calling you forward.

This moment isn’t a breakdown—it’s the beginning of your Heroine’s Journey. A journey of returning to yourself, reclaiming your way of working and living, and building a version of success that includes your ambition and your well-being.

The Journey offers more than coaching—it’s a lifeline. A space for validation, insight, and practical support as you navigate the messy middle of striving and searching. For organizations, it’s an investment in the women who carry the firm forward every day. Supporting this journey signals a commitment to sustainability, inclusion, and a future where female talent not only stays, but thrives.

If you’re a high-achieving female lawyer reading this and thinking, “I don’t have time for this right now,” that might be the clearest sign that it’s exactly what you need.

The Journey wasn’t created for women with wide-open schedules. It was created for women carrying full loads with grace, grit, and often a quiet ache for something more. It meets you where you are with structure that supports, content that grounds, and a community that understands. Every element is streamlined to deliver real value without overwhelming your calendar or your energy.

You’ll attend a 90-minute group coaching session, a 30-minute guided meditation session, and either a 60-minute individual coaching session or a 60-minute peer support session each month. That’s 3 hours per month each semester of structured live time, with additional tools and resources you can access and apply at your own pace.

Can’t make it live? No problem—lifetime-access session recordings and integration resources will be available on a private portal, so you can stay engaged on your own schedule.

Own Your Path is here to support you because you’re busy, not despite it. It’s built to fit into the rhythm of a high-achieving life, not add to the overwhelm. You don’t have to wait until you’re burned out, checked out, or forced to hit pause. You don’t have to reach a breaking point before choosing something different. If you’re feeling the nudge for a more sustainable way of working and living—a way that honours your ambition, your values, and your humanity—then you’re in the right place.

Now is always the right time to start taking better care of the person behind the professional. You deserve support that matches the scale of what you carry.

2026 PROGRAM CALENDAR

SEMESTER ONE: JANUARY - APRIL JANUARY January 14 @ 9:00 AM PST: Workshop (90 minutes) January 19-21 & 26-28: Individual Session (Select one, 60 minutes) January Workshop: Unmasking Success: Cultivating Awareness of What’s Holding You Back Start the year by turning inward. This foundational workshop invites you to explore the beliefs, behaviours, and mindsets driving your professional success often at the cost of your well-being and career sustainability. Together, we’ll uncover how these unconscious habits—perfectionism, overachievement, analytical and critical thinking, grit, and people-pleasing—can subtly sabotage your fulfillment and sustainability. We’ll begin identifying your “Current Mode”—your automatic or subconscious patterns of being—and how it may be keeping you in survival mode. You’ll learn how to bring compassionate awareness to these tendencies, setting the stage for growth, alignment, and deeper clarity in the months ahead. As part of this reflection, you’ll also begin to locate yourself on your Heroine’s Journey. You might recognize yourself in a phase of Climb, where you’re mastering the system and learning to thrive; Disconnect, where you begin to realize that external success is no longer enough; Questioning, where you begin to question the roles or expectations that once defined you; or Inner Call, where you’re feeling a pull to slow down, reflect and reconnect with what truly matters to you. This lens can help you make sense of where you are now and what your next chapter may be asking of you. Individual Session #1: Starting Your Path This first one-on-one session is your space to begin. As you step into the Own Your Path program, this session offers a quiet, grounded moment to pause, reflect, and name what’s true for you right now. Through supportive dialogue and compassionate inquiry, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and ways of being that have shaped your path to this point by celebrating what has served you and gently noticing what may now feel limiting or unsustainable. We’ll also explore where you are on your Heroine’s Journey. This narrative lens offers insight, meaning, and a sense of belonging to the process you’re in. We’ll work together to define an intention for the year ahead, something that feels authentic and aligned, a guiding thread you can return to throughout the Journey. You’ll leave with: • A clearer sense of where you are and what matters most to you now • An invitation to set an intention for your year ahead • Support in identifying focus areas that feel meaningful and self-directed FEBRUARY February 4 @ 9:00 AM PST: Meditation Session (30 minutes) February 4 @ 9:30 AM PST: Peer-Led Session (60 minutes) February 18 @ 9:00 AM PST: Workshop (90 minutes) February 25 @ 9:00 AM PST: How to Be an Ally Workshop (Optional, 90 minutes) February Workshop: From Autopilot to Awareness—Reclaiming Presence, Regulating Pressure, and Redefining Resilience In high-pressure careers like IP law, many of us are rewarded for our ability to keep going through tight deadlines, intense workloads, emotional suppression, and mental exhaustion. We’re praised for being calm under pressure, tireless in our pursuit of results, and unflinching in the face of stress. But at what cost? This workshop invites you to slow down and take a deeper look beneath the surface of your high-functioning life. Building on January’s exploration of your Current Mode, we’ll examine how perfectionism, overthinking, and overextension may have become default ways of being that once protected your success but now limit your capacity for sustainability, presence, and joy. Together, we’ll shine a light on what I like to call “toxic resilience”—the cultural and personal narratives that glorify “pushing through,” even when your body, mind, or emotions are signaling otherwise. You’ll learn how to recognize the early signs of chronic stress and disconnection and develop the inner awareness to pause before burnout takes root. At the heart of this session is a return to presence. You’ll discover how to shift out of autopilot and cultivate the capacity to regulate your thoughts, emotions, and attention so you can meet each moment with clarity, calm, and courage. This isn’t about doing less. It’s about doing differently: from a place of grounded self-leadership rather than reactivity or pressure. This workshop will help you: • Expand your awareness of your “Current Mode” and how it affects your emotional, mental, and physical well-being • Identify how chronic stress, emotional suppression, and “pushing through” may be quietly undermining your sustainability • Reconnect with the wisdom of your emotions without being hijacked by them • Develop practices for nervous system regulation, emotional steadiness, and focused attention • Reclaim presence not just as a performance tool, but as a gateway to meaning, clarity, and intentional impact You don’t have to choose between excellence and ease. This is your opportunity to build a new inner foundation—one that supports both your ambition and your well-being. When you learn to lead from presence rather than pressure, you come home to yourself and rediscover the strength that doesn’t burn you out. MARCH March 4 @ 9:00 AM PST: Meditation Session (30 minutes) March 11 @ 9:00 AM PST: Workshop (60 minutes) March 16-18 & 23-25: Individual Session (Select one, 90 minutes) March Workshop: Strong at the Core—Rewiring Your Inner Dialogue with Fierce Self-Compassion and Flexible Optimism By now, you’ve started to see your Current Mode more clearly—how your patterns of perfectionism, emotional suppression, and productivity-at-all-costs have shaped not only your success, but also your relationship with yourself. In this workshop, we’ll deepen that exploration and begin cultivating a new inner foundation—one rooted not in relentless pressure, but in fierce self-compassion and flexible optimism. Many high-achieving women in law operate with a powerful “Success Mindset”—a voice that demands results, holds impossibly high standards, and rarely stops to offer praise or care. While that voice may have propelled you forward, it can also keep you trapped in cycles of self-criticism, fear of failure, and emotional isolation. Over time, it chips away at confidence, distorts your sense of self-worth, and narrows the joy available on your path. But there is another way to succeed that doesn’t sacrifice your well-being in the process. This workshop introduces a new inner paradigm: success grounded in self-compassion, not self-punishment. You’ll learn to recognize and respond to your inner critic with clarity and care. Not to silence it, but to understand what it’s trying to protect you from. You’ll begin to soften harsh inner narratives while strengthening your capacity to lead from a place of emotional resilience, courage, and self-trust. Layered into this work is the practice of flexible optimism, the ability to see setbacks not as verdicts, but as opportunities for growth. Especially in careers like IP law where critical thinking and risk-aversion are prized, it’s easy to default to skepticism, pessimism, and self-protection. This workshop helps you build a more balanced, empowering inner dialogue that allows you to move forward with curiosity and hope, even when the path is uncertain. Together, we’ll explore: • How your Current Mode may be reinforcing cycles of self-criticism or fear-based striving • The role of your inner critic and how to respond with both tenderness and fierceness • Why self-compassion is a performance enhancer, not a weakness and how to practice it in real-time • Tools and practices for reframing negative thinking by cultivating a flexibly optimistic internal lens This is the turning point in the Journey, where you begin to unlearn what no longer serves you and build a new inner operating system that honours your strength, softness, and humanity. This isn’t about losing your edge. It’s about coming home to yourself so you can lead and live with more authenticity, confidence, and joy. APRIL April 1 @ 9:00 AM PST: Meditation Session (30 minutes) April 1 @ 9:30 AM PST: Peer-Led Session (60 minutes) April 15 @ 9:00 AM PST: Workshop (90 minutes) April Workshop: Redefining Success from the Inside Out — Reclaiming Your Values and Rewriting the Inner Rules By now, you’ve been unraveling the unconscious patterns, beliefs, and default ways of being that have shaped your career and identity as a high-achieving woman in IP law. This month marks a key turning point—an opportunity to shift from what you were taught to value to what truly matters to you now. Many women in high-pressure professions operate from internalized beliefs like “I can’t afford to slow down,” “I must prove my worth,” and “I’m not enough.” These beliefs are often rooted in cultural and professional expectations—what we’ve come to know as “the rules.” Be perfect. Be productive. Don’t take up too much space. Don’t let anyone down. Care for yourself last. Over time, these unspoken rules become the internal compass for success. But left unexamined, they can pull you away from your own truth, erode your confidence, and leave your life feeling overwhelmed and unfulfilled. In this workshop, we’ll invite you to pause and ask a deeper set of questions: • What does success really mean to you now? • Where are you living by old rules that no longer serve you? • And what might become possible if you redefined success anchored in your values, not your fears? Together, we’ll explore how to: • Identify the inherited rules and beliefs that shape your inner dialogue and decision-making • Recognize the difference between your conditioned thoughts and your authentic truth • Reframe imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and self-doubt through the lens of self-leadership • Clarify your personal values and assess where your current life and work align (or don’t) • Rewrite the rules to reflect your growth, humanity, and definition of meaningful success Through reflective exercises, guided coaching, and powerful peer dialogue, you’ll begin the process of letting go of the beliefs that keep you small and stepping into a more aligned, liberated way of leading and living. This workshop is not about abandoning ambition. It’s about redefining success from the inside out so you can pursue impact, joy, and fulfillment on your own terms. Individual Session #2: Redefining Success—Your Way Forward In this session, we will step back from external definitions of success and begin to craft a version that feels deeply aligned with your values, well-being, and vision for a meaningful life and career. Together, we will: • Revisit your core values and explore how they’re currently showing up in your personal and professional life • Reflect on how your relationship with success has evolved over time—what still fits, and what no longer serves • Identify where old expectations or inherited beliefs may be holding you back • Clarify what success looks and feels like when it’s rooted in sustainability, joy, and self-leadership • Begin shaping a more authentic and fulfilling path forward that honours who you are and what matters most This session is a turning point—an opportunity to integrate the insights and shifts that have emerged so far and to move forward with greater intention and alignment. Together, we will create space for clarity, self-trust, and grounded visioning so that your next steps are not only strategic, but soulful. This is your chance to define success on your own terms and to begin living it from the inside out. MAY May 2-6 (date to be announced): Optional In-person Gathering at the INTA Annual Meeting in London, UK JUNE June 1-3 & 8-10: Individual Session (Select one, 90 minutes) Individual Session #3: Midpoint Check-In—Anchoring, Aligning, and Reorienting At the halfway point in your journey, this session offers you space to pause, take stock, and reconnect with where you are now both inside and out. So much can shift in a few months: new insights, growing edges, deeper questions. This session is your opportunity to reflect on what’s unfolding, anchor the growth that’s already taking root, and recalibrate your focus for the second half of the program. Together, we’ll explore: • What’s been working and what still feels hard, stuck, or tender • The progress or inner shifts you may not have fully recognized or celebrated yet • What’s changed about your definition of success, alignment, or leadership • What might be asking for more attention, compassion, or clarity We’ll also help you identify or refine your “North Star” for the remainder of the program—a meaningful point of focus or intention that can guide your next steps with purpose and integrity. Whether you arrive with momentum or resistance, clarity or questions, this session is a moment to reconnect to yourself and the vision that brought you here. You’ll leave with a deeper sense of where you are, where you’re headed, and how you want to walk the path ahead. This isn’t about evaluating your progress. It’s about honouring it, learning from it, and choosing your direction with intention and care. SEMESTER TWO: SEPTEMBER - DECEMBER SEPTEMBER September 2 @ 9:00 AM PST: Meditation Session (30 minutes) September 9 @ 9:00 AM PST: Workshop (90 minutes) September 14-16 & 21-23: Individual Session (Select one, 60 minutes) September Workshop: Leading with Light—Reclaiming the Joy in Success In high-performing environments like IP law, it’s easy to equate value with output and defer joy for “someday.” But fulfillment isn’t a finish line, it’s a practice. This month’s workshop invites you to reorient your inner compass toward what truly matters: joy. We’ll explore how embracing joy isn’t just about feeling good; it’s a radical act of resilience and self-leadership. Drawing from the science of positive psychology and self-compassion practices, we’ll look at how gratitude, generosity, and positivity can gladden the heart, expand perspective, and shift us from survival mode into a more life-affirming way of being. You’ll learn how to cultivate joy as a steady inner resource—one that softens cynicism, helps regulate stress, and fuels meaningful work. So often, in response to adversity, we build protective armour: perfectionism, emotional detachment, over-functioning. These are strategies we’ve learned to keep ourselves safe, but they also distance us from connection, ease, and authenticity. In this session, we’ll explore how joy can become a different kind of protection: not as armour that hardens us, but as a shield that strengthens us from within. Joy grounds us, restores us, and makes space for us to meet life’s challenges with openness, resilience, and heart. Together, we’ll challenge the myth that joy must be earned and replace it with the truth: joy is not a reward for performance, it’s a resource for sustainability. Through guided practices and reflective inquiry, you will: • Explore the role of gratitude, generosity, and positivity in cultivating emotional well-being • Learn to identify and release narratives that defer joy in favour of overwork • Reclaim joy as a leadership strength, not a distraction from ambition • Build practices that invite more presence, lightness, and connection into daily life • Use joy as a protective and nourishing force, something that supports and sustains you through the ups and downs of a high-pressure career This session is your invitation to remember that you are allowed to enjoy your life. Individual Session #4: Your Joyful Way Forward—Reclaiming Your Inner Light, Renewing Your Path After months of self-discovery, pattern-breaking, and courageous reflection, as you step into the second half of the program, this one-on-one session invites you to tune inward and ask: Where is joy asking to lead me next? What might become possible if I let joy guide my way? Together, we’ll explore: • What’s shifted internally or externally over the course of the previous months • The small or significant ways joy is showing up in your daily life or still feels out of reach • Where you may still be deferring joy in favor of “doing more” or “proving more” • How to begin weaving joy, ease, and meaningful connection into your vision of leadership and success We’ll also set the stage for the journey ahead, helping you reconnect with the values, intentions, or inner truths you want to guide the final stretch. You’ll leave with: • A clearer understanding of what joy means to you now • Practices to support sustainability and lightness in your leadership Because success isn’t just about achievement—it’s about how it feels along the way. OCTOBER October 7 @ 9:00 AM PST: Meditation Session (30 minutes) October 7 @ 9:30 AM PST: Peer-Led Session (60 minutes) October 21 @ 9:00 AM PST: Workshop (90 minutes) October Workshop: You Are Already Enough—Cultivating Radical Self-Acceptance and Inner Worth So many high-achieving women carry a hidden belief that whispers, “I’m not enough.” It shows up in perfectionism, people-pleasing, overworking, and the constant chase for external validation. When your sense of worth is tied to performance, accolades, or others’ approval, the bar always moves and the pressure never stops. This workshop is an invitation to pause the striving and come home to yourself. Drawing on the powerful practices of self-acceptance and self-compassion, we’ll explore what it means to soften the voice of the inner critic and reconnect with the truth that you are already enough, just as you are. You’ll begin to rewrite the internal narratives that keep you stuck in a cycle of proving and learn how to root your confidence in something far more stable: your intrinsic worth. Together, we’ll explore: • How the belief of “not enough” shows up in your life and career • The impact of conditional self-worth on well-being, fulfillment, and self-leadership • Ways to ground your identity in being, not just doing • The radical (and courageous) act of accepting yourself fully This isn’t about giving up your ambition. It’s about building a life where your worth is not on trial. Because you don’t have to earn your enoughness. You were born with it. Let this workshop be a return to wholeness, a reclamation of your voice, your softness, your strength, and the deep knowing that you are already, always, enough. NOVEMBER November 4 @ 9:00 AM PST: Meditation Session (30 minutes) November 18 @ 9:00 AM PST: Workshop (90 minutes) November 23-25 & 30 & December 1 & 3: Individual Session (Select one, 60 minutes) November Workshop: Protecting What You’ve Grown—Boundaries, Self-Leadership, and Real Self-Care As the year winds down and the demands of the holiday season ramp up, it can be all too easy to slip back into old patterns of overcommitting and overlooking your own needs in the name of being helpful, capable, or “on top of it all.” This month’s workshop is about protecting what you’ve grown. Throughout the program, you’ve been shedding roles that no longer serve you, reconnecting with your values, and building a more self-authored, authentic path. Now, the invitation is to guard that growth with discernment, self-trust, and care. We’ll explore the two essential leadership skills that help you sustain change: • Boundaries that protect what matters most • Self-care that nourishes your capacity to thrive You’ll learn to identify where your time, energy, and emotional bandwidth are most vulnerable and how to protect them with clear, compassionate boundaries that align with your values and support your leadership. Together, we’ll name the internal resistance that can arise (guilt, fear, pressure to be “good” or available) and practice shifting into self-honouring instead of self-sacrificing. At the same time, we’ll deepen into the true meaning of self-care—not the commercialized version, but the kind that builds inner resilience. You’ll be invited to listen inward and reconnect with what genuinely replenishes your body, mind, and spirit. Together, we’ll explore: • How to set boundaries that reflect your worth, not your guilt • Scripts and mindset shifts to uphold your needs with confidence and care • How to recognize signs of depletion before burnout takes hold • Why self-care is a leadership practice and how to make it sustainable • How to carry your growth into the season ahead with intention and integrity This workshop is your reminder: You don’t have to lose yourself to show up for others. In fact, the more you honour your needs, the more powerful, generous, and grounded your leadership becomes. You’ll leave with a concrete plan to support your energy, priorities, and well-being—not just for the holidays, but for the months and milestones still ahead. DECEMBER December 2 @ 9:00 AM PST: Meditation Session (30 minutes) December 2 @ 9:30 AM PST: Peer-Led Session (60 minutes) December 16 @ 9:00 am PST: Workshop (90 minutes) December Workshop: The Rise—Coming Home to Yourself and Redefining the Way Forward In the relentless pace of law and life, it’s easy to move from milestone to milestone without pausing to acknowledge what’s changed—not just on the outside, but within. This final workshop invites you to pause, reflect, and celebrate not only what you’ve accomplished, but who you’ve become. This is the Rise, the part of the Heroine’s Journey where you return to your life and leadership with greater clarity, grounded presence, and a new relationship to success that is defined not by others, but by you. Over the past year, you’ve done courageous inner work: unlearning patterns, reclaiming your voice, realigning with your values. Now, the invitation is to integrate it by taking stock of your transformation, naming the wisdom you’re carrying forward, and choosing how you will rise into the next chapter of your life and leadership. Together, we’ll: • Reflect on your yearlong evolution with honesty, warmth, and celebration • Name the shifts—big and subtle—that have changed how you relate to success, self-worth, and leadership • Identify what you’re taking with you, what you’re ready to release, and what new possibilities you want to invite • Reconnect to the sense of purpose, power, and presence that has been unfolding within you all along This is not about fixing or striving. It’s about inhabiting your growth, honouring your resilience, and stepping forward with self-trust. Because coming home to yourself is not the end of the journey; it’s the beginning of a new way forward, rooted in wholeness, led by joy, and authored by you.

meet your facilitator

I’m Steph Melnychuk—a certified career & personal well-being coach, facilitator, and former IP lawyer with over 15 years of experience in law. I’ve worked across a wide range of environments, including multinational and boutique law firms and in-house. That journey gave me a front-row seat to both the rewards and the pressures of building a career in this demanding field. Throughout my years in practice, I cared deeply about supporting other women in the profession. Women in law are often caught in a double bind—expected to be both high-performing and low-maintenance, authoritative and accommodating, successful and self-sacrificing. And, like many of us, I wanted to help. I offered mentorship whenever I could—over coffee, in between meetings, or through more formal programs. But I often found myself bumping up against the limits of what mentorship alone could offer. Bandwidth was a constant challenge, and no matter how much I wanted to help, there was only so much time and energy to go around. I saw firsthand how inconsistent support—despite the best of intentions—can leave important development goals unmet, and how easily mentees fall by the wayside when no one has the capacity to truly hold them. Even when time wasn’t the issue, fit and expertise was. Mentorship is deeply personal, and not every pairing meets the needs of the moment. I’ve been in those shoes: wanting to help other women navigate the pressures and pitfalls I had experienced myself, but feeling like I had become the bottleneck. That experience is one of the reasons I shifted paths and became a certified Integral Coach®. Whereas mentors share their path, coaches like me are professionally trained to help people find theirs and have the time, energy, and space to focus on the individual. Coaching is not about giving advice. It’s about helping people draw out their own wisdom. With this training, my focus now is on helping high-achieving professionals—especially women—create space to grow, lead, and thrive in a sustainable way. My coaching approach is grounded in the Integral Coaching® methodology, a holistic, developmental framework that fosters lasting change by working with the whole person: their beliefs, behaviours, capacities, and context. My work is also deeply informed by self-awareness practices, my own lived experience as an IP attorney, and principles from behavioural and positive psychology. I’ve coached lawyers, senior leaders, and purpose-driven professionals across industries to help them lead with greater clarity, resilience, and authenticity without burning out or losing their drive. This work is what inspired me to write my upcoming publication, Free to Flourish: Cultivate Work-Life Harmony for Success and Happiness—a practical, compassionate guidebook designed to help high-achievers reconnect with what matters most, redefine success on their own terms, and build a more sustainable, fulfilling professional life. I wrote Free to Flourish first and foremost for myself. It’s a collection of the ideas and tools that helped me learn how to live and lead in a way that is aligned with my values. It’s the resource that I wish I had when I was clawing my way up the corporate ladder and struggling internally under the weight of perfectionism, pressure, and the fear of letting others and myself down. Back then, I was looking for guidance and someone who understood the challenges of being a woman in the profession. Free to Flourish is the guide I needed then and the one I hope will help others the way I wanted to be held and supported. And, Own Your Path brings my quest to make a difference in the lives of women further to life. It’s a dedicated space for high achievers to receive meaningful support, connect with like-minded peers, and explore what sustainable success looks like. It’s the space I longed for as a mid- and senior-level lawyer.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who is this program for?

Own Your Path is for high-achieving, success-oriented women who are no longer willing to burn out just to belong. It’s for those who have achieved success by doing everything right and are now sensing it’s time to do things differently. If you’re ready to shift from performing to aligning, from overextending to integrating, from surviving to truly flourishing—this is your moment. Own Your Path is a guided step into your Heroine’s Journey: a return to your values, your voice, and a version of success that includes your humanity.

What if I’m already successful in my career—will this still be relevant?

Absolutely. Many participants are high-achievers, successful, accomplished leaders who are thriving on the outside but craving more space, clarity, and joy on the inside. This program helps you refine your goals, reconnect with what matters most, and sustain your success without sacrificing your career or yourself in the process.

How do I know this is the right time to join?

If you’re reading this and thinking, “I don’t have time for this right now,” that might be the clearest sign that it’s exactly what you need. This program wasn’t designed for women with wide-open schedules—it was created for women who are juggling a full and demanding life. Women who are holding a lot—professionally, personally, emotionally—and doing it with remarkable grace, but often at a quiet cost to their own well-being. Own Your Path is here to support you because you’re busy, not despite it. It’s built to fit into the rhythm of a high-achieving life, not add to the overwhelm. The structure is intentional, the content is grounding, and the community is a haven where you don’t have to do it all alone. You don’t have to wait until you’re burned out, checked out, or forced to hit pause. You don’t have to reach a breaking point before choosing something different. If you’re feeling the nudge for a more sustainable way of working and living—a way that honours your ambition, values, and humanity—then you’re in the right place. Now is always the right time to start taking better care of the person behind the professional. You deserve support that matches the scale of what you carry.

How much time should I plan to invest?

I know your time is limited—and that’s exactly why this program was created with intention, flexibility, and impact in mind. Own Your Path is designed for high-achieving women with full lives, demanding careers, and very little margin for things that don’t matter. Every element of the program is streamlined to deliver meaningful value without overwhelming your calendar. You’ll attend a 90-minute group coaching session, a 30-minute guided meditation session, and either a 60-minute individual coaching session or a 60-minute peer support session each month. That’s 3 hours per month each semester of structured live time, with additional tools and resources you can access and apply at your own pace. This isn’t just another thing to squeeze into your schedule. Own Your Path is a dedicated space to step back, reset, and reconnect with yourself—so you can show up more clearly and sustainably in every part of your life. It’s built for your real life, not your ideal one.

What happens if I miss a session?

Can’t make it live? No problem. All group sessions are recorded and uploaded to a private member portal, so you can catch up at your convenience. You’ll have lifetime access to these recordings, along with additional program resources—including a curated reading list, coaching practices, and a free digital copy of my book Free to Flourish: Cultivate Work-Life Harmony for Success and Happiness. Whether you attend live or revisit later, the support and insights are always available when you need them.

Is this confidential?

Yes. What’s shared in the group stays in the group. I create and uphold a safe, respectful space for real conversations. Each participant will also have their own private coaching sessions for more personal or sensitive matters.

How is this different from other wellness CLEs / CPDs?

This is not a one-size-fits-all wellness program or a passive professional development course. It isn’t about generic advice or surface-level content. It’s a collaborative, tailored experience where participants actively shape the conversation, apply what they learn in real time, and grow alongside a community that understands the unique realities of a high impact career. It’s a supportive, engaging, interactive space designed specifically for women in demanding professions. I combine mindset, strategy, and community in a way that supports both personal growth and professional sustainability—because you shouldn’t have to choose between thriving in your career or your personal life.

Is CLE / CPD available?

Many professions and jurisdictions now recognize wellness, leadership, and professional development content as eligible for CLE / CPD credit. While this program is not pre-accredited, I will provide you with a completion certificate reflecting your participation end-of-year and end-of-program. You can use this certificate to apply for CLE / CPD credit within your jurisdiction. We recommend checking with your law society or regulatory body if you have any questions about eligibility.

How do I apply or learn more?

You can reach out directly to me at steph@stephmelnychuk.coach to set up a call to learn if this program is the right fit for you or your team. If you’re a law firm or organization exploring this for your team, I’d be happy to discuss group enrolment options.
